QuickBooks® Training and Support
If you're installing and setting up QuickBooks® software, we can help. We are Certified QuickBooks® Professional Advisors. The first time that QuickBooks® software is installed, it is important for it to be set up correctly with initial balances and other data. We can get you set up correctly and provide training so that all of your employees can properly use the software. Once you're up and running, we can also function as a "Help Desk" for problems with QuickBooks® software. If your requirements are unique, we will adapt QuickBooks® software to your needs and provide a written procedure for your use.
Many of our clients use QuickBooks® software as a check-writer and/or invoicer and export the data to us for write-up of financial statements. If you prefer to maintain your own books and produce your own financial statements, however, we can train you in the use of QuickBooks® and then review your work periodically. We'll ensure your records are correct and suitable for tax return preparation, examination by government authorities, presentation to lenders and owners, and, most importantly, suitable to your understanding of the performance of your business.
